Terms of Service

1. What you are buying

Fleettheme sells digital website templates: static HTML, CSS and JavaScript files delivered as a ZIP download after payment. Each template contains a complete, ready-to-host website for a ground-transport business.

A purchase is a licence to use the files, not a transfer of copyright. Fleettheme retains all ownership of the template designs and code.

2. Licence

A single-template purchase ($79) licenses you to use that template for one live website, for yourself or one client.

The full pack ($199) licenses you to use every template, each for one live website per deployment.

You may modify the files freely — text, images, colours and code — for the licensed site.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or republish the templates or substantial parts of them, modified or unmodified, as a product, template, theme or download.

3. Demo content

Templates ship with clearly-marked demo content: placeholder brand names, phone numbers, email addresses and domains (search for “DEMO”, “555” and “example-”). You must replace this content with your own before taking a site live. The included README lists every place it appears.

4. Payment and delivery

Prices are in US dollars and processed by Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe; Fleettheme never sees or stores them.

After payment you are returned to the site to download your ZIP. The download is generated in your browser — your business details are never uploaded to us.

You are responsible for downloading and keeping a copy of your files. We recommend saving the ZIP in more than one place.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the templates for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent a business, or in any way that infringes the rights of others.

Fleettheme templates are tools for legitimate transport businesses; we may refuse service where a purchase is clearly intended for fraud or resale.

6. No warranty

Templates are provided “as is”. We test every page, but we do not warrant that a template will be error-free, achieve any search ranking, or meet any specific regulatory requirement in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for the content you publish, your own legal pages, and compliance with the licensing rules that apply to your transport business.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fleettheme's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost bookings, or hosting or domain costs.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
