Privacy & Cookie Policy

The short version

Fleettheme is designed to collect as little as possible. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers. The details you type into the order-page customiser stay in your browser — they are written into the ZIP on your device and never uploaded.

What we collect

Order information: when you buy, Stripe processes the payment and shares with us the minimum we need — typically your email address, the product purchased and the payment amount. We use this to deliver your files and handle refunds.

Correspondence: if you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.

Usage data: our hosting provider records standard server logs (pages requested, time, approximate region, browser). We use these in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.

What we never collect

We never see or store your full card number, CVC or bank details — Stripe handles those under its own PCI-DSS compliance.

Business details you enter on the order page (name, phone, cities, services) are processed entirely in your browser and are never transmitted to us.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage items:

• Consent preference — remembers whether you accepted or declined this notice (stored in your browser, expires never, until you clear it).

• Order customiser state — keeps your form entries if you leave the page mid-customisation.

• If we enable analytics, it will be aggregate and cookie-light; the consent banner lets you decline without losing access to anything.

We do not use advertising trackers, cross-site pixels or fingerprinting.

You can block cookies in your browser settings; the store still works. Declining the banner simply means we remember nothing between visits.

Third parties

Stripe — payment processing. Their privacy policy governs payment data.

Hosting and content delivery — serves the site and keeps standard logs.

We do not sell, rent or share personal data with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address below and we will respond within 30 days. Where GDPR or an equivalent law applies to you, those statutory rights apply in full.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date below and, for significant changes, note it on the site.
