Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee

Every purchase — a single template or the full pack — is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment.

If the files do not work as described, the download is broken, or the product simply is not what you expected, email us and we will refund the full purchase price.

How to request a refund

Email hello@fleettheme.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order date and (if you have it) the Stripe receipt number.

We do not ask you to fill in a form or justify the request beyond one sentence — telling us what went wrong helps us fix it for the next buyer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, the credit appears within 5–10 business days.

What the guarantee does not cover

Because the templates are digital downloads, refunds after the 14-day window are discretionary — but if something is genuinely broken we will always put it right, whether by replacement files, a fix, or a refund.

The guarantee does not cover hosting, domain or other third-party costs you incurred while setting the template up.

After a refund

A refunded licence ends. You should stop using the template and remove it from any live website.

Problems first

Most issues — a file that will not open, a layout that breaks on your host, a question about replacing the demo content — are fixable in one email. Write to us before requesting a refund and we will usually solve it the same day.
