What happens if the appointment runs long?

The driver waits up to thirty minutes on a scheduled return at no charge. Past that we bill wait time in fifteen-minute increments, or release the driver and send the next available van, whichever you prefer. Tell us which at booking and we will note it on the run sheet.

Can a family member ride along?

Yes. One attendant rides free on every trip. A second rider is fine when the van has a spare seat, which the wheelchair vans usually do and the stretcher units usually do not.
