It goes in a cooled compartment in the vehicle and stays there until we drop you off. Cases in a hot trunk are how good wine gets ruined, so we don't do that.

How many wineries fit in a day?

Four is right. Five is possible if the estates are close and the group is punctual, but the day starts to feel like a march. Three plus a long lunch is a better day than five rushed ones.
