Questions people actually ask

How far ahead should we book?
Most couples book nine to twelve months out. Saturdays between April and October go first, and if you have a specific car in mind that's the one to lock in early.
What deposit do you take?
Twenty-five percent to hold the date, with the balance due four weeks before the wedding. The deposit moves with you if you change the date more than 90 days out.
Do you visit the venue beforehand?
Yes, for every wedding. We check the driveway, the turning circle and where the car can wait without appearing in your photographs.
What if the car breaks down on the day?
Every wedding booking has a standby vehicle and driver held within twenty minutes. For vintage hires the standby car is stationed at the venue itself.
Can we decorate the car ourselves?
Ribbons and floral arrangements, yes, and we'll fit them for you if you send them ahead. We ask you not to use anything adhesive on the paintwork.
Do you run shuttles for guests?
Yes, and it's the thing couples most often forget to plan. Tell us your guest hotel and we'll build a loop schedule and give you a card to include in welcome bags.
