Questions people actually ask

How does account billing work?
You're invoiced once a month with every journey itemised by passenger, date and cost centre. We quote your purchase order number on the invoice and terms are net 30 as standard.
Can our PAs book without a company card?
Yes, that's the point of an account. Named bookers can reserve by email or through the portal and nothing is charged at the time of booking.
Are your chauffeurs employed or subcontracted?
Employed. They're DBS checked, insured on our policy and trained in-house, which is why the same faces turn up year after year.
What is as-directed hire?
The car and chauffeur are yours for a block of hours rather than a single journey. You direct where they go as the day unfolds. Minimum three hours, billed in 15-minute increments after that.
How much notice do you need?
Account clients can book same-day and we'll usually cover it. For multi-car days and roadshows we'd want a week to hold the right vehicles.
Do you cover journeys outside London?
Yes. Long-distance work across the UK is quoted as a flat rate including the chauffeur's return, and we cover European runs via the tunnel on request.
