Questions people actually ask

Is the fare really fixed?
Yes. The fare you're quoted covers the journey you booked, including any waiting in traffic. It only changes if you add a stop or change the destination during the journey.
Are your drivers licensed?
Every driver holds a current private hire licence from the issuing council, an enhanced DBS check and a medical. Licence details are displayed in the vehicle and we'll confirm them on request.
Can I book in advance?
Yes, and we'd recommend it for early-morning airport runs. Pre-bookings are confirmed by text the evening before with the driver's name and vehicle registration.
Do you take card payments in the car?
Yes, contactless card in every vehicle. You can also pay online when booking, or on an account if you have one with us.
What if nobody comes?
Call the office on +44 20 0000 0000 and we'll tell you exactly where the car is. If we've failed to arrive within 15 minutes of a pre-booked pickup, the journey is free.
Do you cover journeys outside Manchester?
Yes. Long-distance runs anywhere in the UK are quoted as a fixed price including the driver's return, and we do a lot of London and Birmingham work.
